DescriptionThe Department of Neurology seeks a full-time Staff Research Associate to study muscle stem cell biology and muscle stem cell aging. The individual will assist senior scientists and lab members in experiments involving laboratory animals and sterile tissue culture. Specifically, candidate will assist in various aspects of research projects including but not limited to animal dissections, tissue and cell collection, flow cytometry, microscopy and PCR. The researcher will be expected to learn and master new techniques on an ongoing basis in support of innovative research and emerging projects.
