Scope of Job: Responsible for the oversight and operation of the regulatory compliance program in research. Provides leadership and guidance to the operations of the Human Research Protections Program and the Institutional Review Board; Animal Use in Research and the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee; Research Involving Recombinant or Synthetic Nucleic Acid and the Institutional Biosafety Committee. Description of Duties: Provides oversight for activities under the Office of Research Compliance, including but not limited to daily management, coordination, communication, planning, implementation, and monitoring. Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, metrics, and standard operating proce
