POSITION OVERVIEW: The Staff Attorney IRB is a work from home remote position and reports to General Counsel of Franciscan Alliance and provides guidance on all pertinent legal and regulatory issues affecting the Franciscan facilities IRB and the Corporate IRB Program. The position also provides legal advice and guidance in response to all governmental document requests and investigations, and inquiries and participates in the review of all proposed contracts and renewals of such that are pending within or directly affect the IRBs.
