This position serves as a regulatory compliance analyst, educator and manager who exercises operational responsibility on a daily basis for the OHRE and IRB’s charged with protecting the rights and welfare of human research participants. Responsible, either directly or through managing others, for ensuring that IRB protocols satisfy federal regulations, guidelines, and institutional requirements. This position will provide direct training, consultation and supervision to the IRB Analyst and reports to the Associate Director of Operations. The Senior Analyst makes professional level decisions that are binding for the University.
