The mission of the Colorado State University (CSU) Human Research Protections Program (HRPP) is to protect the rights and the welfare of research participants, promote the responsible conduct of research, and work with the university research review committees to ensure that research is conducted ethically and in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines. The Senior Institutional Review Board (IRB) Coordinator serves as the lead of CSU’s Social, Behavioral and Educational Research (SBER) IRB. This experienced and knowledgeable professional is responsible for all aspects of coordinating the SBER IRB’s activities and is a key member of the CSU IRB team ensuring the CSU HRPP meets regulatory and national standards for excellence.
