The Sr. Research Contracts Specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sponsored contracts, other research-related agreements, and non-sponsored agreements in accordance with Nemours' Contract Development and Approval policy. The position is responsible for providing legal review and negotiation of all research related contracts to ensure that the terms are negotiated to the satisfaction of all parties while protecting the rights of Nemours, the Investigator, and our patients.
