Research Assistant II/III - Otolaryngology - Smith Lab
DescriptionSUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: The Smith Lab is seeking a Research Assistant III (RAIII) to conduct laboratory duties and research in molecular and circadian biology in the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology. We use an integrated approach that combines the principles of circadian biology to study disease processes. With a murine model of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, we are examining the molecular mechanisms that contribute to progression of disease. We are translating findings in the lab for human health and disease.
