The Research Development Office (RDO) seeks a Research Development Manager to provide administrative leadership of Research Development Office programs as assigned. Facilitate internal funding initiatives and interdisciplinary research teams pursuing large-scale research projects by assisting with building and organizing research teams, identifying funding opportunities, and assisting in grant proposal preparation. Using analytic tools, develop and deliver competitive and strategic intelligence reports to campus stakeholders for strategic planning and research excellence. Develop Office communications and communication strategies including targeted emails/broadcast emails, website content, and social media. Oversee the institutional limited submissions process
