Job Summary The Office of Research and Innovation is seeking an Institutional Review Board Coordinator. Essential Functions Review of Applications Assist in the review of IRB applications to ensure that federal and university requirements for application content and informed consent documents Attain and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of human subject research protections including Federal, HIPAA, State, local regulations, and university policies throughout the review process Use independent judgment in interpreting and applying relevant university policies and guidelines Coordinate and communicate with IRB members, investigators, and research coordinators Custome
