The IRB Services Analyst position is currently a full-time (40 hours/week), fixed-durationcontract role, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services under whom overallmanagement of Pearl IRB and oversight of the Human Research Protection Program(HRPP) reside. The HRPP is responsible for assuring all research involving humansubjects under the oversight of Pearl IRB is conducted in compliance with applicablefederal regulations and relevant ethical standards and research policies of Pearl IRB,regardless of funding source. HRPP administers activities of the Institutional ReviewBoard (IRB), provides determinations for research exempt from regulations, andorganizes outreach and training for the HRPP, on behalf of the IRB.
