Job Summary: The Director of Research for the WMC Cancer Center's Cancer Clinical Trials Office (CCTO) will serve as research nurse for clinical trials using investigational agents. The Director of Research will report directly to the Medical Director of the CCTO. Responsibilities: Assists clinical staff in patient recruitment, Supervises, coordinates, and implements regulatory research compliance, Follow-up of patients that are eligible for or registered to a clinical trial. Investigates and evaluates data and makes recommendations to improve patient care services; Manage the research portion of the patient care activities through application of independent judgment.
