The Office of Research Integrity (ORI) oversees many regulatory areas involved in research, including the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and others as it applies to human subjects research.
The HRPP Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the HRPP program, including working in tandem with the IRB. We work hand-in-hand with our faculty and students on creating the most ethical and safe research environment possible. The newly revised HRPP Manager position will work closely with our research community on developing new educational and training opportunities, administrating the IRB review process and acting as a mentoring resource for our researchers. Duties and Responsibilities:
Support ongoing and newly emerging regulatory programs required by federal and state statutes within the Office of Research Integrity. Oversees BSU’s Human Research Protection Program (HRPP).
